How do I prepare for my consultation?

Before your session:

What happens if I have a poor internet connection during my consultation?

If your internet connection is unstable:

• Try reconnecting within 5 minutes—your session is likely resume.
• If you cannot rejoin, we will reschedule once at no additional cost.

Repeated disconnections or failure to attend will be treated as a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Is my consultation private and confidential?

Do you provide in-person consultations?

All consultations are conducted online via secure video calls (Zoom, Teams or Google Meet). This allows us to treat patients globally while ensuring the same level of care and precision.

What happens after my consultation?

You will receive:

• A detailed prescription via email.
• Medication guidance tailored to your condition.
• Follow-up recommendations (if needed).

If required, we can also coordinate with a pharmacy and courier service for delivery of medication.

How do I receive my prescription and medicines?

• Your prescription will be emailed after the consultation.
• If you choose pharmacy fulfilment, we will:

• Notify the pharmacy to prepare your medicines.
• Arrange for courier pickup and home delivery (if applicable).
• Send you a tracking link for your order.

Do you ship internationally?

This depends on the laws, pharmacy and courier availability in your region. We can guide you to the nearest Homoeopathic pharmacy or help arrange shipping if possible.

Can I continue treatment with the Warrior Homoeopath if I move to another country?

Yes! Since our consultations are online, you can continue your treatment from anywhere.

However, if you relocate, you may need to source your remedies from a local pharmacy and wherever possible, the Warrior Homoeopath will guide you. If you would like the Warrior Homoeopath to continue shipping your medicines, you will have to check the laws on international delivery of medicines at your new location and update your delivery address thereafter.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

• You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment using your confirmation email.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Missed appointments are considered no-shows and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Can I get a consultation for someone else?

Yes, you can book an appointment on behalf of a family member, child, or dependent. However:

• The patient must be present for the consultation (except in cases of young children).
• If booking for a minor, a parent or guardian must attend the session.

Can I transfer my appointment to someone else?

Appointments are non-transferable and booked specifically for the individual patient. However, the Warrior Homoeopath may allow occasional exceptions for family members.

What is the Warrior Homoeopath’s stance on alternative therapies?

We do not prescribe herbal, ayurvedic, or other alternative medicines alongside Homoeopathy. We do however take into consideration any conventional medicine that you may be on and prescribe Homoeopathic remedies accordingly.

While Homoeopathy is our primary focus, we respect patients’ choices regarding other healing methods.

• Halal and Kosher:
  • Homoeopathic medicines do not contain non-permissible animal derivatives.
  • Some liquid remedies may contain Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) as a medicinal preservative, this alcohol is neutral in taste, colour a smell, and has no intoxicating or recreational use.
  • The alcohol content is minimal and serves only to preserve the medicinal properties of the remedy.

Do you treat emergencies?

No. Homoeopathy is not for medical emergencies. If you are in an urgent health crisis, please seek immediate medical attention.

What should I do in a medical emergency?

The Warrior Homoeopath does NOT provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please seek immediate medical attention at a hospital or emergency care centre.

Situations requiring emergency care include but are not limited to:
