Psoriasis: 5 Homoeopathic Remedies to Leash the Lesions

At the Warrior Homoeopath, our approach to psoriasis is personalised and rooted in a careful evaluation of the totality of each patient’s symptoms. We typically consider broad-spectrum (polychrest) remedies:

Sulphur  Indicated when patients present with intensely pruritic, red, and scaly lesions that worsen with heat, bathing, or sun exposure, and where there is a strong, compulsive desire to scratch.

Graphites  Chosen for cases with thickened darkened skin that has parchment dry surrounding areas, oozing and sticky discharges, often featuring cracked or fissured skin in flexural areas, particularly when accompanied by a sluggish metabolism or digestive complaints.

Petroleum Indicated when psoriatic lesions are extremely dry, with hard, fissured scales that are slow to heal, Petroleum is selected to promote better skin hydration and potentially improve the texture of recalcitrant plaques.

Calcarea carbonica Recommended for individuals with a slower metabolism, digestive weakness and a constitutional tendency toward obesity, where the psoriasis is marked by hard, slow-healing lesions and diminished overall vitality that includes sensitivity to cold and a mind full of fears.

Arsenicum album  Applied when psoriasis appears as dry, scaly patches with burning sensations and restlessness, with aggravation in cold, dry weather and an underlying emotional sensitivity.

Every remedy is chosen not just for the skin, but for the warrior behind it—because true healing starts from within.

Aude sapere. Dare to heal.

We do not stimulate—we restore.
